Famous Nigerian actress, Nse Ikpe-Etim, has generated significant reactions after her expression in response to losing the highly coveted AMVCA award to her co-actress, Osas Ighodaro.
The award, (Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award) for Best Actress was given to Osas Ighodaro. The incident occurred at the recently held 2023 AMVCA event, which celebrated exceptional talents in the Nigerian movie industry.
However, Nse Ikpe-Etim who came into prominence in 2008 for her role in Reloaded was nominated for her outstanding performance in the Netflix Original series “Shanty Town,” along with her co-star Ini Edo, Enado Odigie (“Flawsome”), Immaculata Oko Kasum (“Ile Owo”), Ini Dima-Okojie (“Flawsome”), Queen Nwokoye (“Strained”), Scarlet Gomez (“Wura”), and Nimo Loveline (“The Planters Plantation”).
